Yesterday, in anticipation of the holidays and New Year’s Eve, I decided to purchase a wine refrigerator to store and cool my bottles of wine! I love all types of wine…reds and whites. So in my search for a really nice, new kitchen appliance, I decided that I want to find a dual-zone unit that will keep my reds at a different temperature than my whites. I searched everywhere in town and did get to see at least a limited variety of wine coolers available. However, I didn’t get to see as many as I wanted to so I started my search online.

Playing around on the web, I found that there are lots of stores that offer a whole lot more variety than what is available locally. There are so many brands and styles to choose from. The prices are good and most offer free shipping, so now I just need to narrow down the scope!

Whatever I end up getting will be used a lot by us and I know we will really enjoy it! Can’t wait for it to arrive!

A lot of people think that night vision goggles are thing of science fiction.  However, they are real products available to both consumers and those in law enforcement and military agencies.  What night vision goggles do is allow for people to see in complete darkness.  This may sound a little weird, but it does work and uses some pretty advanced technology.  One of the first things that you would recognize when looking at a pair of night vision goggles is that the look very similar to binoculars.  They essentially are the same thing, but with a little improvement added to them.  Night vision goggles take advantage of the infrared spectrum of light.  This is a spectrum of light that the human eye is not able to see.  It is actually used in things such as your television remote in digital camera.  What it does is shiny infrared light that the photo sensors on the night vision goggles can see.
