My Wine Refrigerator

Yesterday, in anticipation of the holidays and New Year’s Eve, I decided to purchase a wine refrigerator to store and cool my bottles of wine! I love all types of wine…reds and whites. So in my search for a really nice, new kitchen appliance, I decided that I want to find a dual-zone unit that will keep my reds at a different temperature than my whites. I searched everywhere in town and did get to see at least a limited variety of wine coolers available. However, I didn’t get to see as many as I wanted to so I started my search online.

Playing around on the web, I found that there are lots of stores that offer a whole lot more variety than what is available locally. There are so many brands and styles to choose from. The prices are good and most offer free shipping, so now I just need to narrow down the scope!

Whatever I end up getting will be used a lot by us and I know we will really enjoy it! Can’t wait for it to arrive!

What is it? Is it a surprise? Did you wrap that yourself? It looks professional. That’s a really big box. I usually get a gift bag. I’m terrible at wrapping. This one time, I got my brother a hockey stick for his birthday and I couldn’t find a bag to fit it, so I thought about wrapping it in colored tape. That was a huge disaster. I wound up slapping a bow on it and he played along thinking I was giving him a bow decorated with a hockey stick. That was really nice of him, wasn’t it? Is there something small in the box? I don’t hear it rattling, but there could be something small in there that’s well padded. Or you could have done something like put something really small in lots of different boxes until it ends up in one great big box as a surprise. Wait, you have a gift for me? How to find out what is a good credit score? Did you pick this book out just for me? I think I’ll go read it.

At first, I thought that things would change for the better but as time passed on; I did not know what to think about the whole issue. One of the most critical factors when it came to getting mother out of any situation is that she did not seem to think that I would eventually find out about her little escapades to a certain restaurant. She believes that the cashier is her dream man but she keeps on insisting that I am meddling in her personal life. My Son’s Chess Tournament

My son recently played in a local chess tournament. He did extremely well and he and his partner ended up very high in the tournament rankings. We had never been to a chess tournament before. I really couldn’t believe how many people were there. The tournament room was filled with tons of long tables and chess sets! Really, I was kind of surprised at how large a turn out there was for this. I personally, am not all that fond of chess. To me, it’s kind of boring. But, my mind does not work the way my son’s mind does. He is far superior at the game than I am. He can anticipate his opponents future moves and strategies. Not me!

Camden is in a chess club at school. He really loves going to this club once a week after school! Many of his friends also participate in this chess club and also participated in the chess tournament.
